- To Ensure STP & ETP treated effluent parameters are complying with the norms of State Pollution Control Board.
- To ensure & maintained ETP self-monitoring data transfer system to State Pollution Control Board and Central Pollution control Board server.
- Monitoring effluent data generation
- Support Engineering team for Preparation of water balance in the Campus
- Drive waste management system as per department guidelines
- Ensure submission of all annual and half yearly returns to PCB
- Data preparation for spent solvent generation.
- Organizing mock drills
- Coordination with all R&D departments for safe handling of Hazardous waste.
- Drive Permit to work system
- Preparation of training plan suitable to R&D operation and Imparting EHS training to scientists as per department guidelines on training
- Propel Incident management system
- Drive EHS management system as per Corporate EHS guidelines
- Well versed about Sustainability reporting
- Knowledge on site culture meter
- Overall responsibility for Bio- waste management at R&D.
- Ensure Compliance to Bio – waste management and Handling rules
- D.G & Incinerator Stacks monitoring by half yearly basis as per the norms set by state pollution control board.
- Coordination and planning to prepare environment testing plan and its execution.
- Modification in air and water prevention control facilities as per the requirement
- Monitoring of all life saving equipment’s installed at R&D Locations.
- Monitoring of various Fire fighting equipment’s installed at R&D locations.
- Coordination for Live testing of fire alarm, Public address system
- Lab EHS audits and inspections
- Coordination with departments to ensure maximum participation
- Training evaluation
- Coordination to get the sustainability data from respective department and report preparation
- Overall responsible for smooth functioning of following Fire prevention and protection systems as per NFPA and FDA guidelines.
- Addressable Fire alarm system
- Fire Hydrant system
- 03 no’s CO2 flooding systems at different locations
