Job Description

1. Sound knowledge about upstream process development (Cell culture and Fermentation).
2. Hands on experience of shake flask studies including sample analysis and documentation.
3. Experience in handling and operation of cell culture and microbial related experiments in bioreactor including sample analysis and documentation.
4. Aseptic handling of seed inoculum and its maintenance
5. Independently handle media and feed preparation for conducting studies.
6. Should be able to trouble shoot in case of any deviation from process/parameter.
7. Good documentation practice.
8. Should be able to perform cell culture (IPQC) analysis.
9. Preparation of SOP, Support for Equipment qualification, Calibration pertaining to Upstream process as per laid down procedures
10. Ensure quality compliance in Biotechnology Upstream laboratory as per Quality standards requirements
