To design formulation strategy development and verify experiments, lab notebooks and online documents 

To do literature search, project evaluation, ideation, IP development, summary evaluation and prepare proposal 

To prepare product development, new requirements and proposals

Inter department activity coordination, cross functional team coordination, project timelines and primevera 

Report PDR preparation and review 

to supervise the product development and scale up exhibit and process validation batch activities 

To train team members.

To work on new design and creation 

To review and reply post filling and post approval market.
