Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of LIMS Application, ensuring alignment with laboratory workflows and compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, FDA).
• Assess current laboratory processes and evaluate how existing workflows will be impacted by LIMS implementation; recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Execute project tasks as per defined plans and timelines to ensure successful LIMS deployment.
• Configure LIMS software to meet laboratory-specific needs, including workflow setup, user roles, permissions, and instrument integration.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation, including test scripts, protocols, and compliance records.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of LIMS functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LIMS performance, functionality, and integration with instruments and other systems.
• Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to GMP standards and maintain system compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, IT, R&D) to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and Support during the Hypercare period.

PREFERENCE

• Strong understanding of laboratory processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in LIMS software (Expertise on CaliberLIMS is preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working Experience in regulatory compliant environment

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science or related field.

Experience –  Min 6 Yrs or Above
