JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Trainer specializing in Injectable Manufacturing Operations

Plays a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills related to sterile pharmaceutical production.

Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Course Development:

• Designing and developing training material on injectable manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom practices.
• Creating engaging presentations and interactive content for trainees.

Training Delivery:

• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars for production staff.
• Ensuring effective knowledge transfer on topics such as aseptic behaviour, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and sterilization.

Unit Operations Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of injectable manufacturing unit operations:

• Aseptic Filling: Understanding the principles of sterile product filling.
• Lyophilization (Freeze-Drying): Familiarity with freeze-drying processes.
• Sterilization
• Compounding
• Visual Inspection

Process Troubleshooting:

• Addressing common issues encountered during injectable manufacturing.
• Providing practical solutions to challenges in aseptic environments.

Requirements and Skills:

• Domain experience related injectable manufacturing operations
• Proven experience as a technical trainer or subject matter expert in sterile manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
