Job Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lab Assistant / Pilot Plant Technician to manage day-to-day execution of lab and pilot-scale activities, ensure smooth operation of laboratory equipment, and maintain overall upkeep, safety, and readiness of the lab. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong discipline in maintenance, and coordination for procurement of lab equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

Execute experimental, testing, and pilot-scale activities as per plan.
Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale equipment
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments
Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the laboratory
Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and lab documentation
Support engineers/scientists during trials, scale-up, and validation activities

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in managing lab or pilot-scale facilities
Strong understanding of equipment operation and preventive maintenance
Basic knowledge of safety practices and lab compliance requirements
Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills
Proactive approach toward lab readiness and problem-solving

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or related
