Job Summary :

• Experienced in sLIMS (Caliber) for master data creation and review, with hands‑on QC experience in both Raw Material and Finished Product sections.
• Responsible for developing, applying appropriate system to ensure Quality System, projects, process and services meet their business and regulatory requirements.
• Follow the overall GxP strategic direction for all Quality activities and ensure consistent compliance of GxP system with regulations and corporate quality policies, programs and objectives.
• Support building a “culture of quality” across the organization, assess compliance and operational issues of the company, providing strong leadership, expertise, setting and maintaining Quality standards throughout the Company’s complete value chain.

Key responsibilities :

Essential Job Functions:

• To provide support for implementation of sLIMS (Caliber) and other Quality Projects.
• To perform preparation/review of master data for execution of Quality processes in application.
• To perform QMS & Documentation activities related to system/application (i.e. Change control, Deviation, Incident, SOP, BCP, Protocols etc.).
• To ensure support to business during execution, qualification as well as Post Go-Live and resolve their issues, if any.
• To support Business owner for the timely execution and completion of qualification activities.
• To identify the actionable and accomplish the project milestone.
• To provide Site SME’s and business owner for training, documentation and stabilization of projects at all sites
• To conceptualize and frame a consolidated approach for new identified requirements.
• Support to third party/vendor for Technical discussion for finalization of application functionalities, explanation of quality processes and document content for master data creation
• To ensure review of application functionalities as per current procedure through virtual testing.
• To co-ordinate operational change management /test activities to ensure ongoing compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• To work in collaboration with IT, API, SGO, Site Quality and different teams for identification of the right solution /tool/Vendor, to resolve the “Specific problem statement” and have correct solution for the organization.
• To provide support for successful handover of the project to their respective business owner, upon completion.
• To support sites during the regulatory, internal and external audit observations.
• Tracking and Management of Data to support Project activities
