Roles and Responsibilities |
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover. |
Develop and implement employee training and development programs. |
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees. |
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers. |
Ensure employee benefits and compensation plans are competitive and in line with industry standards. |
Monitor and report HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives. |
Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and participating in the interview process. |
Supporting in managing Legal compliances |
Ensure to keep a track of organograms and succession planning discussions with Leaders |
Has to be in connect with employees for handling concerns |
Managing Employee Life Cycle Management |
Employee Connect - Townhall, Annual meet, performance dailoge etc |
Skills Required for an HRBP – Human Resource Business Partner |
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. |
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. |
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. |
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders. |
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. |
Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related software. |
Qualifications Required for an HRBP |
Master Degree in Human Resource Management |
Experience - 2-5 Years |
