JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry:

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Training Program Development:

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.

2. Training Delivery:

3. Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
4. Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.

3. Unit Operations Expertise:

5. In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.
6. Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance.

4. Quality and Compliance:

7. Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.
8. Monitor compliance during training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
