Title:  Senior Officer

• Maintenance and operation of utility/Tablet/ointment block machines.
• Validation and Qualification Activity of the machine and Facility.
• Calibration of the Instruments.
• All the civil activities in Plant.
• Budget planning of the Engineering department.

Essential Job Functions:  Responsible for

• Responsible for all the maintenance activities related to Tablet block (Electrical & Mechanical) and to ensure smooth operation of the plant

• Assigning Jobs to Fitters / Electricians already assigned for Tablet block and to ensure the proper accomplishment of that job.
• Earliest possible Correction of the break-down of the tablet/ointment blocks area.
• To carry-out planned preventive maintenance of tablet block and filling-up the PM records.
• Releasing of purchase requisition of important/critical spare parts of machines related to engineering department.
• Responsible for Review the SOP’s of Engineering.

Responsible for all the civil activities in Plant.
