As a Quality Control Trainer, your role is pivotal in ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills to maintain quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with quality control experts to design comprehensive training modules.
- Create engaging content related to quality control processes, analytical techniques, and compliance.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for quality control technicians and analysts.
- Cover topics such as sampling, testing, documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Unit Operations Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of quality control methods (e.g., HPLC, dissolution testing, stability studies).
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Quality Assurance Integration:
- Emphasize the link between quality control and overall product quality.
- Train employees on error prevention, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
