Areas of Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, Track and perform scheduled maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance through SAP, earthing maintenance, alarm verification as per format and schedule.
2. Attending all type of breakdowns related to process and utility equipment.
3. Internal customer satisfaction by timely problem solving and maintenance.
4. OPEX control and inventory management, up keeping the diesel records, electrical spare record, etc.
5. Handle and monitor maintenance activities of process equipment and utility equipment such as DG sets, Transformers, UPS, PCC and MCC panels, etc.
6. Handle QMS activities in Trackwise such as Change control, Deviations etc. Certified investigator in engineering department, to perform and support engineering related investigations.
7. Co-ordinate and face the audits from electrical department such as regulatory audit, statutory audits, safety audits etc.
8. Prepare BOQ for the projects, monitor and support the execution according to the planning.
9. Checking of contractor bills as per measurements and raising the indents.
10. Handle eCSP related activities in SAP and get the approval for the vendor service at site.
11. Proposal of CAPEX ideas to be implemented at site and support for the execution.
12. SOP revision and new SOP preparation in EDMS.
13. Analysis of monthly parameters such as power consumption, utility reports etc.
14. Exploring possibilities of energy conservation and implementation and contribution towards Improvements in energy management and execute ASPIRE projects
15. Certified coach for electrical department. To impart the scheduled and regular trainings to electrical and cross functional team members.
16. To attend the duties as per schedule.
17. To take assigned trainings in LMS.
18. Section In-charge for Electrical section.
19. To prepare returnable & nonreturnable gat pass in GPS system.
20. Planning, procurement and executing of the plant modification as per the site requirement.
21. Co-ordination with Purchase team for procurement completion giving required input details
22. Co-ordination with vendors for technical discussion- quote - drawing receipt and approval
