Title: Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contracts
Job purpose
The Senior Analyst, Pricing and Contracts is responsible for supporting OTC Sales, Marketing, operations and other functions of the business through Contract negotiations, Rebates and Chargeback reconciliations, Development and maintenance of marketing tools and market research analytics. Supports the growth and management of Ohm portfolios requiring knowledge of multiple internal systems and collaboration across many function departments within the organization (i.e. Sales, Pricing & Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Government Pricing).
Duties and responsibilities
- Contract Negotiations:
Perform end to end contract negotiations. Negotiating contracts with existing customers and building new contracts with new customers. OTIF scores and fees negotiation is a key responsibility.
- Support development of Commercial/Supply, Quality, PV and Broker agreements for existing and New House Label and Private Label customers
- Liaison and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, IP etc.) and customers, to negotiate on key terms of the agreement, to arrive at a win-win situation
- Ensure all the agreements once executed are documented and uploaded in the internal platform ‘Icertis’.
- Proactively ensure that all the relevant terms for any new agreement/amendment signed are accurately reflected in Vistex agreement management platform
- Open Claims/Chargeback Team Lead:
Manage end-end review and co-ordination of open claims and receivables by customer
- Verify Customer chargebacks monthly for all House Label OTC customers, to ensure everything ties up to contractual terms.
- Collaborate with A/P or Finance, to manage and reduce past due open receivables by identifying customer deductions and credits for reconciliation.
- Provide any supporting documentation as required (by customer), in collaboration with Sales directors, to review and approve claims in a timely fashion
- Reporting and Analytics/ SAP / VISTEX OTC Team Lead:
- Review Broker commissions provided by Finance and ensure the payments are valid and match contract terms
- Work closely with Finance and IT to manage customer product reconciliations, maintenance of rebates, chargebacks, customer rebate agreement setup, Direct & Indirect Contracts setup, customer rates updates, claim and settlement validation.
- Annual Sales Budget Team Lead:
- Develop Annual Sales Budgets and Monthly Forecasts once a year for all the customers and active SKU’s, including managing the contracts and agreements.
- Go to Market Project Management:
- Project Manage the new product launch process along with the Product Team, to ensure all relevant stakeholders are tracking well on 90-60-30 day timeline before launch
- Special Projects:
- Work on any BU level Strategy projects as needed by the Head of the Business.
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $98,000 to $110,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
