This role will be responsible for managing master data for the Alchemee business unit in SAP and PLM to ensure item attributes are correctly maintained. This individual will be responsible for performing all tasks related to item availability for production, planning and order execution and work closely with the rest of the Supply Chain team.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review weekly Item Status and BOMs with Planning for both USA and CAN Codes.
  • Review specific item errors in SAP: i.e. missing company, plant, location, sales, shipping, costing or accounting views, identify missing attribute, and update corrected action in SAP.
  • Update item Master list for Planning per published emails specs released by Quality. Update inventory attributes, CMO, etc.
  • Review daily issued item request in PLM from Packaging Team.
  • Review daily needed item request in BOX by PMO Item tracker. Confirm if new code is needed or exists
  • Assign in PLM the new received or created SAP codes to the PLM request.
  • Review, confirm or update header fields:  SAP item, Supersede (alternative, Assigned CMO's, Orgs, Class, Supply size
  • Review, confirm or update BOMs - Straight Fill, Rework, Kit
  • Review, confirm or assign Domestic UPC / International EAM code.
  • Complete and approve Tasks as Item Master and Supply Chain in PLM. Location of inventory.
  • New Offers B2B and DTC skus and data setup and support.
  • Manage and Maintain all new item requests for All Markets (US, CAN, Japan, International) in SAP
  • Once item Specs are approved, enter in SAP any missing final basic and inventory info. Review, confirm or assign plants, locations, distribution channel. Update BOMs, Review, Confirm or Assign UPC/EAN codes. Review, confirm or assign remaining basic data for each plant

 

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years SAP experience, preferably in materials management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Certification desired but not required
  • Documentation skills
  • Project Management experience preferred
