Associate Product Manager

 

Summary

 

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for controlling and monitoring activities to ensure a successful product launch. Work closely with internal and external organizations/sites on key aspects on all product launch.

 

Area of Responsibility

 

  • Manage all launch activities to support and drive operational readiness of product launches in the US market

 

  • Maintain/measure related project trackers/KPI’s detailing risks and delays in projects. Ensure all trade documents and required customer data is available for launch

 

  • Serve as administrator of Product Launch Database and manage its lifecycle

 

  • Responsible managing unique brand owner launches, ensuring partner requirements and expectations are met in full

 

  • Manage onboarding for new external partners (CMO’s)

 

  • Establish process for post launch review to ensure success and learn from any findings

 

  • Maintain HDA Repository, staying current with evolving Healthcare requirements

 

  • Assist with shared service activities for the Sun portfolio

 

  • Support the Supply Chain department on addition projects as required

 

Education and Job Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable education

 

  • 2-4 years related experience in in Pharma/CPG industry – Pharma preferred

 

  • Dexterity to work with multiple departments/organizations to achieve results

 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

  • Project Management background is highly desirable

 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

 

  • ERP Skills in SAP, BW/Cognos/ are valued

 

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $76,500 to $93,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
