Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

 

Summary

 

Highly visible corporate FP&A role to senior management of two multinational, public companies.  Responsibilities span coordination and consolidation of global organization to detailed analyses and modeling. 

 

Area of Responsibility

 

  • Coordinate all aspects of consolidated FP&A budgeting, forecasting and reporting process

 

  • Generate and coordinate internal management reporting to Taro executive management, Taro Board of Directors and Sun parent (majority owner)

 

  • Monitor trends vs. budget and prior forecasts for all aspects of business: sales, COGS, manufacturing, SG&A and R&D expenses, corporate income/expense, balance sheet and working capital

 

  • Business partner to certain US-based functions

 

  • Quarterly Board of Directors reporting

 

  • Improve existing & institute new FP&A processes

 

  • Navigate and negotiate within multinational organization to achieve objectives

 

  • Assist with preparation for all aspects of SEC reporting and investor relations including press release, earnings call, annual form 20-F, and other requirements for an NYSE-traded company

 

  • Opportunity to assist with business development evaluations

 

  • Ad hoc projects and analyses for other business initiatives

 

Education and Job Qualifications

 

  • 2-4 years progressive Finance or Accounting experience (pharma, consumer healthcare or manufacturing a plus) 

 

  • Detail oriented with strong focus on producing high quality and accurate deliverables

 

  • Strong written, oral & presentation skills with highest standards of integrity in all communication

 

  • Must be polished for interactions with C-suite and leadership of commercial, R&D, Quality, G&A & Supply Chain

 

  • Need to be equally strategic for decision making & when speaking with executives but also be able to be in the weeds

 

  • Global experience a plus (related companies in Israel, India & Canada)

 

  • Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines at same time as being a strong team player

 

  • Continually looking for ways to add value to the organization by making recommendations or improvements

 

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

 

  • SAP, BI & BPC experience a plus

 

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $74,500 to $91,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
